There's a nice blog post by Sabina Samiee on OXIDE here.
Copying Negatives
I did a short writeup on how I went from negative to final picture when creating the Deep Archive pictures. Here's a link.
Deep Archive 1 now available from Blurb
A "proof of concept" edition of Pictures from the Deep Archive 1 is now available from Blurb. Check it out here. You can preview the whole book for free.
Deep Archive 2 Is Here
Pictures from the Deep Archive, Part 1, 1966 - 1971, was available on this site from the beginning. Now Deep Archive, Part 2, 1972 - 1978 is here. Where part 1 documents my years as an undergraduate at Portland State University, part 2 covers the years I spent working at the Evergreen State College and later living in Portland, Oregon where five of us started Blue Sky Gallery in 1975.
Welcome to Dry Reading
Red-Green-Blue is the new home for my photography, replacing Dryreading.com. Dry Reading is now the name of my photo blog. A companion blog, Gizmo Trouble (gizmotrouble.com), will focus on my programming and DIY electronics projects.
The former red-green-blue.com site showed photographs by some of my friends. At this point most of them have their own web sites. I will make their work available here soon if there is interest.
